Bellavista Courtyard

If you want to live the experience of going out in one of the most famous bohemian neighborhoods in the capital, this is the place! It is known as the gateway to Barrio Bellavista, it has 5,000 m2 of terraces and more than 10,000 m2 of conservation and patrimonial rescue, turned into a must-see in Santiago.

A little history…

The Patio Bellavista was born in 2006, after an exhaustive patrimonial rescue and restoration of an old cité in the Bellavista neighborhood, dating from the year 1900. That same year the project was selected by the Architecture Biennial for its urban design and rescue. In 2015 Patio Bellavista was recognized with the Urban Contribution Award in the category of urban regeneration and rehabilitation. And in 2018 the amphitheater was inaugurated for holding events, concerts, such as the European Jazz Festival. Definitely a great experience that mixes the best gastronomy with music and tourism.

What to eat in Patio Bellavista?

The courtyard has more than 20 bars, restaurants and cafeterias of various styles; hamburgers, Chilean, Japanese, Irish food and more. Some of the best known are: La Fuente Chilena, which has the best sandwiches in the area, La Vendetta, with classic Italian flavors, and La casa en el aire, a benchmark for Colombian food in Chile.
