LGBTQ+ route

Santiago and Valparaíso have various places where they attract tourists from the LGBTQ+ community.

Tourism and venues that are in favor of diversity are growing in Chile, the first Chamber of Commerce and Tourism in Chile was even created integrated for the Lesbian, Gay, Transsexual and Bisexual (LGBT) group and aimed at promoting the growth of companies committed to diversity.

The capitals of the countries tend to be more open to inclusion and in Chile, although Santiago leads, the Fifth Region follows, where Valparaíso is a diverse and liberal place, marked by art and culture.

In Santiago, we recommend:

Splendor: It is a discotheque aimed at the LGBT public, it was founded in 1979, being the oldest of its style in the country and in South America. It is characterized by its cast of drag queens and its shows.
