A little history ...

Bali Hai has a great track record, it was opened in 1980 and is the only Polynesian restaurant in Latin America. It is characterized by its structure and the 5 moais that it has at the entrance to the restaurant.

Inside you will find statues made with wood from ancient forests and brought from different islands in the Pacific Ocean. All handmade by artisans in the 80s.

When you enter you will really feel like you are in Polynesia!

What to eat in Bali-Hai?

This exquisite and exclusive restaurant is characterized by its traditional Chilean food and without a doubt, you should try a pisco sour or wine to accompany the main dish. While you enjoy your dinner, the show will introduce you to the representative dances of each region of Chile, Northern dances from La Tirana, beautiful typical dances from Cueca that show the elegance and mischief of the huasos and chinas. Then, you will be able to appreciate Chilote dances recognized for their strength and warmth and you will get closer to the Polynesian culture of Easter Island (Rapa Nui) with a spectacular contrast of rhythm and color.
