Panoramic Bus Regulations

Panoramic Buses expressly declares that no changes, reschedules or returns will be made once the purchase process is completed, based on the provisions of article 3 bis, letter b) of law number 19.496. Once the tickets have been purchased, the user declares that they comply with all the rules and conditions required by the Santiago Teleférico services.

In the event of closure of Panoramic Buses for reasons of force majeure, where we cannot provide the contracted service, our visitors' tickets will be rescheduled, prior authorization and coordination with the buyer and if the buyer himself does not wish to reschedule, a return occurring within 10 to 15 business days.

The ticket is valid for the stipulated date and time. Once the reservation time has passed, the ticket loses its validity without the right to refund or reschedule.

The Panoramic Bus stations in Parquemet are: Pío Nono, Cumbre and Tupahue. Entry and exit to the buses must be carried out exclusively at the established stops. 

The maximum capacity of the buses is 23 visitors + 1 wheelchair and a bicycle rack for 4 bicycles (or failing that, 60 kg maximum).

The entry of pets, medium or small in size, is allowed on the buses as long as they comply with the following:

  • Each pet must wear a collar or harness and leash throughout their stay in our facilities, which must not exceed approximately one meter in length, always in the care of an adult. It is prohibited to leave pets tied to objects or in the hands of children.
  • Dogs of breeds classified as potentially dangerous may enter as long as they comply with the provisions of the law on responsible pet ownership (muzzle, non-extendable leash and maximum length of 1 meter, civil liability insurance and training and obedience course). a maximum of one pet per responsible adult.
  • The pet owner must always carry toiletries and is responsible for collecting and cleaning solid and liquid waste that their pet may leave in our facilities. 
  • It is the owners' duty to ensure the behavior and physical conditions of their pets. Pet owners release Buses Panoramicos from any responsibility for any event where they, their companions, pets, Cable Car visitors, and any person, are or may be harmed, due to actions carried out by their pets. 
  • Panoramic Buses reserves the right to admit any pet if it is considered necessary to protect the integrity and comfort of our visitors or for any other justified reason. 
  • At the time of entering the Panoramic Bus facilities and obtaining your ticket, it is assumed that the owner of the pet is aware and will comply with the provisions of this regulation.

Children are considered from 2 to 11 years old. Adult rate is from 12 to 59 years old. Senior citizen rate: 60 years or older. Infants under 2 years of age are exempt from payment (being accounted for at the time of boarding).

All passengers must carry at all times, before boarding, the digital ticket (with maximum brightness on the screen) or printed ticket, to be presented at access controls.

 

You must present your ticket every time you board the bus or change to another station. 

 

Boarding lines are only for visitors who already have their ticket.

En In the case of minors under 12 years of age, they must always go with an adult, over 18 years of age, accompanying them throughout the tour. They cannot be uploaded to Panoramic Buses smaller of 12 years without adult supervision 

Visitors who have health problems or suffer from illnesses must immediately inform the Panoramic Buses staff.

By purchasing a ticket at the ticket office or online, the user declares that he or she knows and accepts the Internal Regulations dictated by Panoramic Buses and is obliged to fully respect them. 

Whoever violates the rules mentioned in these regulations will be removed from the system and will not have the right to recognition of the trip, nor the right to a refund.

Restrictions and Prohibitions
